When: July 5 - 26 (approx)
Where: The old AS forums, to prevent cluttering of the EW by Festival Threads. There will be a nexus both there and in the EW for navigation.
What: All the WMs will probably have some sort of booth or another. If you aren't a WM but have a good booth or activity Idea, post it and we will consider using one or two of them.
How: It will be noncannon, outside the timeline of the regular EW. If you character is free, he or she can move between the outside world and the festival, but if they are on a quest or bounty, they cannot.
