Question about Microprose Magic

Anyone know of a way to add new cards to this program? I'm sure it's possible and very complicated, but I was hoping someone may have figured out a way. Also, does anyone know how to use the additional cards which are not activated in the game? Finally, the best deck I ever built in this program:
