While you're there, pick up a slivers deck for $35 lol.

I could never do the Black Friday shopping thing. Only thing I'd be out that early for is concert tickets, and it would have to be a pretty awesome concert.

There's an deal I saw online I want so badly. Samsung LED TV. They're so gorgeous.

It's not really a big deal in Canada. Although Apple does have a sale in their Canadian stores, so I'll have a busy day at work.

I'm having a great Black Friday so far.

I slept 'til 11ish, watched some tv, took a nap from about noon to around 130, ate some delicious homemade vegetable soup, and currently am again watching tv.

This - is the best deal I could've hoped for today. :b

Avoided black friday shopping this year. I hate doing it, and the only thing I really considered picking up was an LCD TV. But seeing as the wife still wont let me purchase one, I just stayed home and played with the kid and watched a movie.

Well, I got back home from my wife's relative's house last night around 1:00 in the morning, so obviously I had no time to sleep if I wanted to get in line for some stuff. The closest mall to me is an hour away (one each an hour away at 4 different places) so I just took a shower and headed to Best Buy. I got in line around 3:05 and there were at least 400-500 people in front of me and when the doors opened, there were at least another 300 behind me.

After dealing with their stupid line syster (2 hours outside, another 2 in a customer service line), I got the HP laptop I wanted.

It's a AMD Turion dual core processor with a 500 GB Hard Drive and 8 GB of memory so it's an improvement over my last laptop (which I turned into a desktop 2 weeks after getting it because I dropped it).

I also picked up Microsoft Office 2007 for $60 and then went to get a GPS system, a POLO Sweater, and a Nintendo DSI with Mario Kart for my wife.

I then came home and took a nap before watching the Alabama vs. Auburn football game which just ended and my heart is still beating fast from the excitement. Now my wife, who slept in, wants to go shopping and then get dinner at Chili's (Presidente Margarita?!) .

All in all it was a pretty good day I'd have to say, but my back is killing me again .

It was actually pretty fun. At WalMart I camped next to a PS3 and we formed an "inner-circle" to make sure we got ours. Around 5 mins before 5 (official shopping time), a small riot broke out near the Xbox 360s. The lady running the PS3 section told us to get ours and go. But some chick tried jumping over me to get the one I had a hand on. So me being the kind person I am decided to elbow her as hard as I could. Nobody is swooping something I stood in line for 2 hours for. My wife snagged one of seven Rockbands for the PS3. Then we grabbed some other swag and bounced.

We then went to Home Depot and picked up some of the things for the house. Overall we spent some decent amount of money.

Some other news, they closed the local Target because too many fights were breaking out. They also had the Fire Marshall shut the entrance to the Toys R Us down since there were too many people.

yeah it was worth it... some other stories to note.

Two women almost got into a fight over $3 pajamas. The initial woman was standing in line when woman B comes to get them and go. Woman A said there was a line and she needs to get to the back of it. Women B then started saying she was going to throw a beat down on woman A (Exact words). When the WalMart employee came to stop the commotion woman B threatened her as well. When woman B grabbed the pajamas the WalMart employee stated that she needed to return it to the display. Woman B then stated "What, you gonna chase me through WalMart?"

Situation 2 : A man was threatening a little girl over some toys. Don't know exact story, but the little girl was crying.

Situation 3 : After I elbowed the one woman in the face another one tried diving onto some more PS3s. She was trying to take PS3s from the people of the inner circle, so I had to pretty much toss her off of us. Another funny story .

This was worth it... WalMart people are "interesting".

Ok, I tried to view that and it won't open for me. I was even all clever and tried using quote to grab the URL, and tried getting it to show on preview by just using the link... tried stripping the img tags, etc., still nothing lol.

Closest I get is that link, but I get an error:

AtriumXP, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons.
